Easter Course 2009 - Assisi

Bank Holiday Easter Monday 13th - 19th April 2009

For Easter 2009, we have been invited by the BBC to give some broadcasts from Assisi in Italy. This is a very exciting opportunity and we need to know now whether you will be able to come so that we can commit to it. The flight will leave from Heathrow late morning on Easter Monday (a bank holiday), 13th April, returning on Sunday 19th April. The cost would be between £480 and £510 per person, which will include:

• Return scheduled flights and taxes.
• Transfers to and from Assisi.
• 7-nights half-board at S Giacomo hotel.
• Transport to the Hermitage of St Francis, also S. Damiano and S Maria degli Angeli.
• Guided visit of the basilica and town.
• Day visit to Greccio.
• Pax Travel couriers/assistance.

Not included:
• Travel insurance.
• Lunches
• Excursions out of Assisi, except the day visit to Greccio.

We will be singing five broadcasts of Daily Worship for BBC radio 4, and a choral evensong on BBC radio 3.
